CRO Specialist & Manager Jobs – Sydney

We Currently Have 3 CRO Specialist Roles & 1 CRO Manager Role Open In Sydney 

A leading client of ours is looking for a CRO Manager to improve conversions across key client projects. Our clients are reputable agencies part of  international media groups and they are seeking experienced candidates who can manage large projects. Candidates will ideally have an impressive track record and will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement successful conversion optimization strategies.
• Conduct internal meetings and lead A/B testing road maps.
• Lead monthly client meetings to explain progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to identify and repair existing issues, through various optimization testing methods.

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years agency experience in a conversion rate optimization role.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across a large portfolio of key client accounts.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital is ideal.
• Strong Web Analytics and Google Analytics skills.

Experience in any other digital role will also be advantageous.
